Brand management

The Marketing Service manages the brand. We provide faculty and staff with a range of expertise and services from media relations to editing, from Web strategies to graphic design. Should you require strategic advice or guidance on implementing the new brand in your next marketing or communications project, consult our staff list to get in touch with the appropriate person.

The Communications Office team is responsible for increasing the University of Ottawa's visibility by crafting, refining and delivering its messages to both internal and external audiences using media outreach, publications (the Gazette newsletter and Tabaret magazine), brand communications and Web communications.

Another valuable resource is the uOttawa Communications Network. ComNet is a network of marketing and communications officers from the faculties and services across campus. ComNet provides an opportunity to share ideas and work collaboratively on marketing and communications issues within the University community.
