Advertising
Marketing Services coordinates all aspects of the advertising process. We provide advertising strategy and media planning, graphic design and coordinate all ad bookings with advertisers.

Roll-up banners
A retractable banner is an excellent, innovative and flexible messaging tool for media events, special ceremonies and other University-related activities.
If you are interested in producing a roll-up banner, please contact the communications officer for your Faculty or service. This person can help you to coordinate your message, the graphic design (using the uOttawa template) and the purchase of a the roll-up banner.
Faculty and service fact sheets
Faculty and services fact sheets are available with the new uOttawa identity. They are used for recruitment purposes and to describe programs to prospective students. The fact sheets provide a brief overview of the program and outline typical courses of study.

Stationery
Stationery, such as official University of Ottawa letterhead, envelopes and business cards carrying the new uOttawa identity, are now available.
All orders should be placed with our copy service in Room 022, Morisset Hall, 65 University Street, 613-562-5876.
A Word template is now available for printing on official University letterhead. Fields and alignment have been predetermined for ease of use.
